TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Terms

1. Check In: 03:00 pm

    Check Out: 11:00 am

  • Early check in is subject to availability on date of arrival.
  • Late check out charges is RM50/hours, last check out time will be 01:00 pm.


2. Front Desk Operating Hours: 08:00 am - 09:00 pm

Kindly inform us in advance if you wish to check in later than/ check out earlier than the designated operating hours by WhatsApp +6010-268 1383.


3. A valid Malaysian I.C or Passport must be presented upon check in.


4. A refundable security deposit will be collected upon arrival, please prepare cash in advance:

  • Family Room Type - RM200
  • Hotel Room Type - RM100


5. All rooms are sold without meal packages. No Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner is included in the room rate.

Kindly order from the Ala-Carte Menu, for which you can download under the Restaurant Tab, if there's such need.


6. For extra guests:

  • Extra mattress - RM53/set/night (not all room types can fit in extra mattress, please check with us before you proceed)
  • Cleaning charges of RM21.20/pax/night will apply for any extra guests that do not require an extra mattress.
  • Children aged 8 years and below are free of charge if using existing bedding.



House Rules

Do not smoke

All rooms are smoke-free. If you wish to smoke, please only do so at the designated smoke area or outside of our premise at open air area. Penalty will apply for offenders.


No BBQ Allowed

Our premise doesn’t have any BBQ pit/facilities. BBQ is strictly not allowed in our area.


Do not bring pets

We are not a pet friendly premise. Pets are strictly not allowed into the park.


Do respect the silence of nature

Be considerate with the usage of audio devices such as loud speakers and audio players that may disturb other guests. “No Noise” after 11pm.


Do respect the guests of nature

Insects and bugs are our frequent visitors. Please welcome them with an open heart. 


Do not destroy or remove any plant or animal

It is an offence to remove plants or animals/insects. Take only pictures, leave only footprints.


Do be careful with inflammable material

Be extra cautious with fires/cigarettes and other inflammable materials at all time. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read the following sections carefully before placing your booking, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it.


Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon confirmation of your reservation.


For reservations made directly through the website (www.ausvilla.com.my), you will be required to key in a credit card to submit payment & complete the reservation. For your protection, the reservation processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your credit card information.


For manual reservations made through WhatsApp, you will be required to perform online transfer within 24 hours of placing the reservation. Reservations abandoned will be cancelled after the 24 hours courtesy hold.


Amendment

In the case of unforeseen circumstances that you wish to make amendments to your check in date, please contact us via info@ausvilla.com.my or WhatsApp +6010-268 1383.


For amendments made:

  • At least seven (7) days prior to date of arrival - One (1) FREE amendment, subject to room availability. Top up only if there's a price difference in the room rate.
  • 3-7 days prior to date of arrival - penalty will apply as follows:
  • 3 days prior to date of arrival - 80% penalty
  • 4-5 days prior to date of arrival - 70% penalty
  • 6-7 days prior to date of arrival - 60% penalty
  • In less than 3 days prior to date of arrival - Non-changeable & non-refundable.


Cancellation

Full or partial refunds will be made for cancellation request received:-

  • At least 30 days prior to date of arrival - 100% of payment made will be refunded 
  • At least 14 days prior to date of arrival - 50% of payment made will be refunded 
  • Within 14 days prior to date of arrival - Non-refundable


A 5% processing fees will apply for all refunds. Please send in your cancellation request to info@ausvilla.com.my or WhatsApp us at +6010-268 1383.

In the event of No Show, total cost of the stay will not be refundable.


Refund

Once we received your cancellation request, we will inspect your case and let you know if the refund is eligible or not within 1-3 working days. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method or your designated bank account (in this case, bank account name must match your booking name) within 1-3 working days.
